Additional rules that are added was that the Solver now has the ability to freely remove the blocker pieces with a control panel on his armrest. When played by Kaito, there are two blocker pieces that hid the hints. However, there will be blocker pieces that hide some of the hints. From the border going into the game board, the first piece it sees must be the same color as the one on the border. The second is that on the border of the game board, are hints where one of the three colors is located. There are two main rules, the first is that on the same row or column, the same color cannot be repeated, much like sudoku. The puzzle itself requires the Solver to place a total of 18 pieces split into 3 colors on a 6圆 game board in a predetermined pattern. For the second season, the opening theme is "Now or Never" by Nano while the ending theme is "Super Step" ( スーパーステップ, Sūpā Suteppu) by Ammoflight.
For the first season, the opening theme is "Brain Diver" by May'n, while the ending theme is "Hologram" ( ホログラム, Horoguramu) by Natsumi Kiyoura.
